Krow is a start up focusing on an enterprise platform featuring an automated workflow for businesses and recruitment. The idea is to automate job applications, interviewing and track KPI’s through analytics.
Krow is a hiring platform designed and focused on both the candidate and business. Automation in regards to the apply flow where the applicant is able to apply online and then schedule an interview at the end of the application process (business permitting), while generating more volume in candidates for the business, and the ability to integrate with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Business clients or Account Managers, have to the ability to create an online ‘questionnaire’ or online job application for job seekers, with the ability to either let applicants schedule an interview (controlled by business clients) or collect applicant info, following completion of the application.
Clients can build they’re own job application (questionnaire) through the platform, publish it and then use media to drive applicants. Once the applicant fills out the questionnaire/application - the applicant can either schedule an interview, or the platform collects the applicants information for further review.
Once a applicant has scheduled an interview at the end of the application process, it shows on the client side of the platform. From there, the business client has the option or ability to control the interview schedule, through rescheduling, cancelling or confirming.
If the applicants information is collected or an interview is scheduled, that applicants information is now in the ‘system’ in what is called ‘Applicant Profile’ - where by the client’s organization has access to review the information, control status, make notes…etc.
I worked across the board with product owners, developers, and stake-holders to develop User interface design, Interaction flows and UX deliverables.
With over 70% of all job application being completed on mobile device, we started with mobile first design for this part of the platform. Behind the scenes, the business organization had the ability or tools to build their application/questionnaire with the right kind of logic.
The whole idea behind this part of the product, was to give applicants an easy, quick, intuitive way to apply for a position. So based on data, we focused on:
(Future State)
Once a applicant has scheduled an interview at the end of the process, it shows on the client side of the platform. From there, the business client has the option or ability to control the interview schedule, through rescheduling, cancelling or confirming.
After an applicant applies for a job, the information is collected - and they enter into the system platform as a 'profile' - where the business organization can view, track, hire, reject or ‘keep warm’…. All the while building a pool of applicants.
Relying on metrics and KPIs reduces subjectivity and allows for decisions based on objective, measurable data. This leads to more informed decisions that are backed by facts rather than assumptions or gut feelings, improving overall business outcomes.
Through Figma, we developed a design system (based on 'Atomic' design) to help streamline the workflow and increase production time throughout all aspects of the design process.
